After spending over $1.5 million at the 2020 Fall Keeneland Auction, MyRacehorse is planning to rollout fourteen offerings on Tuesday, November 17th at 12 PM EST. Early access for those who indicated interest will open November 16th. For investors looking to diversify their stable, MyRacehorse is offering their Future Stars Digital Bundle, which will provide shareholders with a 0.001% ownership stake in all fourteen horses for $50. This bundle will be limited to one share per investor until the early access period is lifted on November 18th.

We look at the financial details and offer analysis of these upcoming investment opportunities.

Frosted Oats

Valuation: $250,000
MyRacehorse Stake: 41%/$102,500
Total Offering: $172,200
Share Price: $42/0.01%
Total Shares: 4,100

Analysis: This filly comes from the sire Frosted, who earned over $3.9 million during his three year career. With a bloodline that includes the record-breaking Tapit, she should be loaded with power and speed to compete in her first year. Bill Mott will take the training reins and prepare this promising female for the 2021 season.

Man Among Men

Valuation: $360,000
MyRacehorse Stake: 41%/$147,600
Total Offering: $23,860
Share Price: $273/0.05%
Total Shares: 820

Analysis: With a $5 million bonus to be paid if he becomes a Grade I winner on dirt, there is plenty of intrigue surrounding this son of War Front. The sire of Grade I winners Omaha Beach and War of Will, War Front is one of the most respected stallions on the market with a stud fee of $250,000. At quick glance, Man Among Men displays promising size and strength with tremendous upside.

The offerings below are still unnamed...

Margaret Reay 19

Valuation: $400,000
MyRacehorse Stake: 41%/$164,000
Total Offering: $246,820
Share Price: $301
Total Shares: 820

Analysis: This filly’s sire is Uncle Mo, who won over $1.6 million over his career. She will have the same trainer as her father with Todd Pletcher lined-up to lead her workouts. Uncle Mo is well-known for being the sire of 2016 Kentucky Derby winner Nyquist.

Tapitry 19

Valuation: $360,000
MyRacehorse Stake: 41%/$147,000
Total Offering: $223,860
Share Price: $273/0.05%
Total Shares: 820

Analysis: The legendary Bob Baffert will train this filly who comes with a bloodline loaded with talent. Her sire, Empire Maker, is the grandsire of Kentucky Derby winner Always Dreaming and Triple Crown winner American Pharoah. Up until his passing in 2020, Empire Maker was known for producing durable yet fast fillies and colts who have found success around the world.

Ambleside Park 19

Valuation: $115,000
MyRacehorse Stake: 41%/$47,000
Total Offering: $84,050
Share Price: $205/0.1%
Total Shares: 410

Analysis: Consider him a value colt with decent earning potential. This yearling from 2010 Preakness winner Lookin At Lucky will be trained by Hall of Famer Steve Asmussen and compete in the Kentucky circuit. With no fees for training or expenses raised in the IPO, investors could potentially cash in on a greater share of career earnings with less money at risk.

Classofsixtythree 19

Valuation: $250,000
MyRacehorse Stake: 50%/$125,000
Total Offering: $193,000
Share Price: $193/0.05%
Total Shares: 410

Analysis: From Breeders’ Cup Classic winner Gun Runner and Grade I winner Classofsixythree, this filly will try to replicate her parents durability and speed. She is the first crop of Gun Runner so there could be exceptional value with any Graded win. If this filly wins a G3 race, investors receive a share of a $100,000 bonus which doubles for a G2 or G1 win respectively. There also tends to be increased potential for initial crops to become stallions and broodmares if the bloodline show early success which could provide investors with additional revenue.

Exonerated 19

Valuation: $210,000
MyRacehorse Stake: 41%/$86,100
Total Offering: $138,580
Share Price: $169/0.05%
Total Shares: 820

Analysis: This filly from the impressive stallion Honor Code will look to follow in the footsteps of her half-sister, Skye Diamonds. In 24 career starts, Skye Diamonds finished top three 70% of the time with over $690K in earnings. If the unnamed filly, who will be trained by Richard Mandella, wins a Graded race, bonuses will be paid out to investors, starting at $100K for a G3 win and increasing to $500K for a G1.

Awe Hush 19

Valuation: $220,000
MyRacehorse Stake: 90%/$198,000
Total Offering: $295,200
Share Price: $164/0.05%
Total Shares: 1,800

Analysis: MyRacehorse took on 90% ownership in this yearling from Not This Time, their second highest percentage of the Fall 2020 crop. With a line that features multiple Graded Stakes winners, this looks to be another solid value play.Trainer Tom Amoss helped to form Serengeti Empress into a Kentucky Oaks champion and is respected as one of the best developmental trainers in the industry.

Consecrate 19

Valuation: $80,000
MyRacehorse Stake: 41%/$32,800
Total Offering: $64,370
Share Price: $157/0.1%
Total Shares: 410

Analysis: Her sire, Classic Empire, produced Kentucky Derby runner-up Pioneer of the Nile in his first crop. For investors looking to get in on a potential trailblazer at a low price, this Dan Blacker-trained yearling fits the bill.

Midnight Sweetie 19

Valuation: $180,000
MyRacehorse Stake: 41%/$73,800
Total Offering: $121,360
Share Price: $148/0.05%
Total Shares: 820

Analysis: This filly by Bernardini will look to replicate the career of Art Collector, the Graded Stakes winning colt from Bernardini’s 2017 crop. Hall of Fame trainer Bill Mott will prepare the yearling for the 2021 season. With such an impressive pedigree, the unnamed filly will definitely have an opportunity to retire and become a prized broodmare if she finds success on the track.

Speightstown Belle 19

Valuation: $85,000
MyRacehorse Stake: 100%/$85,000
Total Offering: $125,100
Share Price: $139/0.1%
Total Shares: 900

Analysis
: The only yearling MyRacehorse took a 100% stake in at the Fall Keeneland sale. For investors looking for diversification, this colt could be an ideal option. The son of Graded stakes winning Kantharos looks to have the features and bloodline of a sprinter. Christophe Clement will train him on the New York and Florida circuits and he has experience increasing durability and conditioning with other natural sprinters in his stable.

Cayala 19

Valuation: $600,000
MyRacehorse Stake: 41%/$246,000
Total Offering: $373,100
Share Price: $91/0.01%
Total Shares: 4100

Analysis: In a move similar to their acquisition of Kentucky Derby winner Authentic, MyRacehorse and Spendthrift Farm partnered to acquire another son of leading stallion Into Mischief. With a hammer price of $600,000, this colt will be trained by the two-time derby winner, Todd Pletcher. Foaled in April, he was one of the younger yearlings to be sold at Keenland and should garner significant attention from MyRacehorse owners interested in progeny of Into Mischief.

Athenian Beauty 19

Valuation: $50,000
MyRacehorse Stake: 90%/$45,000
Total Offering: $84,600
Share Price: $47/0.05%
Total Shares: 1,800

Analysis: With the lowest hammer price of any MyRacehorse purchase from the Keeneland sale, he could be the ultimate value play. The final yearling purchased by MyRacehorse at the Keeneland sale shows potential as a durable colt that could find his best fit in distance events. Look for him to setup as a long-term investment opportunity with a career that might not blossom until age four or five.

Latte Da 19

Valuation: $250,000
MyRacehorse Stake: 41%/$79,950
Total Offering: $143,500
Share Price: $35/0.01%
Total Shares: 4,100

Analysis: With this offering, investors can buy into a filly from Into Mischief for just $35 per share. While she looks to have some growing and plenty of maturing ahead, she was foaled in mid-April and might not show true form until late 2021. Al Stall, Jr. will train her on the Kentucky circuit although he is based in New Orleans which means investors living near the Gulf could see their horse compete in Louisiana as well.

This stable full of offerings goes live on Tuesday, November 17th at 12 PM EST on MyRacehorse.
